Job Description
Job Summary
HieFo has a need of Wafer Process Operator. This position will be on 1st shift from 6:00am to 2:30 pm.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
• Dispositions wafers through the semiconductor wafer manufacturing production process, including the photolithography, Etching, PECVD, Metallization and Lapping areas
• Operate test and fabrication equipment.
• Use microscope for measurement and inspection.
• Collect data and reports anomalies to Production Manager if needed
• Enter data into computer, using excel spreadsheets or in the Manufacturing Execution System.
• Work inside cleanroom environment. (Wearing personal protective garment is required)
• Supports continuous improvement initiatives in the areas of productivity, yield enhancement, and scrap reduction
• Adheres to all safety policies and procedures as required
MINIMUM EDUCATION:
• High School or equivalent.
• Familiar with dedicated procedure.
WORKING EXPERIENCES ON WAFER PORCESSING IS A PLUS
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
• Some production assembler experience.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
• Working in a team environment, with minimum supervision.
• Clean room experience.
